This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Young Phiroz collects when you use our app, how we use it, and the choices you have. We respect your privacy and only collect what is necessary to deliver your orders.
Account details: name, email address, phone number, and (optionally) profile photo. Order details: items purchased, delivery address, payment method type (we do not store full card numbers). Device data: app version, device type, and crash diagnostics needed to keep the app working.
To process and dispatch your orders. To send order status notifications (paid, awaiting dispatch, dispatched). To answer support requests. To improve the app through anonymised analytics. We do not sell your personal data.
Your delivery name, phone, address, and ordered items are shared with the Young Phiroz outlet handling your order and the dispatch staff assigned to it (via SMS or WhatsApp). Payment information is shared with our regulated payment processors only as required to complete the transaction.
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard access controls. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. We retain order records for tax and compliance purposes for as long as required by Zambian law.
You can edit your profile from the Profile tab at any time. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting support@youngphiroz.zm. Deleting your account removes future access; certain order records may be retained to comply with tax laws.
With your permission, we send push notifications about your order status (e.g. "Order dispatched"). You can turn these off in your device settings at any time.
Young Phiroz is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may revise this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
