I can't sign in.
Make sure you're using the email address you registered with. Tap "Create account" if you haven't registered yet — name, phone, email and password are all required.
My order hasn't been dispatched yet.
You can see the live status in the My Orders tab. Once the chosen outlet packs and dispatches the order, the status switches to DISPATCHED and you'll receive a push notification in the Alerts tab.
How do I change my delivery store?
Open the Profile tab → Shopping → Preferred store, then pick a new outlet. Your home feed and dispatch outlet update immediately.
How do I pay?
At checkout, choose Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel or Zamtel) or Card. Mobile Money sends a PIN prompt to your phone; cards are entered directly in the app.
How do I delete my account?
Profile tab → Delete account. This removes your future access. Some order records may be retained to meet Zambian tax-law requirements.
The app shows "You're offline".
The app caches the last products and images, so you can keep browsing while offline. Placing new orders or signing in requires an internet connection — the banner clears as soon as you're back online.
If something arrives damaged, expired, or substantially different from what you ordered, contact your delivery store within 24 hours of receipt. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
